
R. Gehl Tucker (Flagstaff)joined us in 1992, after years of private practice and public service. He has extensive experience in employment and personnel issues, Arizona construction law (specifically, alternative project-delivery methods), and tribal and federal laws especially as they apply to community/grant schools on reservations. Mr. Tucker has also assisted with numerous in-service trainings on a variety of topics. He has been involved in a variety of public and charitable issues primarily focusing on children’s rights, educational opportunities, environmental concerns (recycling systems and contracts, public land trusts, co-housing organizations), community initiatives (Flagstaff Save Our Schools, Flagstaff Family Food Center, cooperative entities, community supported agriculture). He also helps nonprofit groups in the incorporation and 501(c)(3) processes.
