
Eve A. Parnell (Flagstaff)moved to Flagstaff and joined the firm in 1985. For over 25 years, her practice has emphasized education law and the related areas of constitutional, employment, special education, and disability law. Prior to law school, Ms. Parnell received her secondary teaching certification in biology and received a master’s degree in zoology; her jobs included positions as an educator / counselor at Planned Parenthood and laboratory research assistant in lake ecology research at Dartmouth College. Ms. Parnell has served on the Board of Directors for the Flagstaff Cooperative Preschool and the Board of Directors for the Flagstaff Children’s Museum.
