Michael E.J. Mongini (Flagstaff)has been practicing law in Flagstaff since 1982; he joined Hufford, Horstman, Mongini, Parnell and McCarthy, P.C. as an associate in 1984 and became a partner in 1988. Before joining Hufford, Horstman, Mongini, Parnell & Tucker, Mr. Mongini was an associate with the Law Firm of Tony Cullum in Flagstaff. His practice has focused on real estate, business, construction, and contract law. During law school, he worked as an Assistant Clerk to a Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California; he also worked with the U.S. Small Business Administration in Los Angeles, dealing with commercial litigation, general procurement, bankruptcy liquidations, and corporate fraud. Born in Cottonwood, Mr. Mongini has spent most of his life in northern Arizona.
