
Samantha Blencke Kelty (Flagstaff)focuses on education law and the related areas of employment and Indian law. Her clients include individuals, public and private institutions, insurance companies, public school districts, P.L. 100-297 grant schools, and home-living programs throughout Arizona and the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. She has practiced before municipal, state, federal, tribal, and private tribunals, successfully defending employers before the Office of Navajo Labor Relations, the Navajo Nation Labor Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Civil Rights. She advises clients in all aspects of employment relations, including:
